Thanks for your Support, Amelia Island.

Bryan & I had a great get-a-way at the beginning of the month -- we headed to Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island -- thanks to Warrior Vacations. We spent 5 glorious days boating, exploring, shopping and spending some uninterrupted quality time together. This was the 1st time since Bryan has been home that we weren't distracted by laundry, grocery lists and deadlines -- or the other rambunctious man who stole my heart, Jack.

We used this vacation as it was intended -- to get reacquainted with each other.

It was fun. But we missed Jack terribly.

... is a mommy-to-be!

A couple weeks ago lil Steph and I drove to Atlanta to celebrate Ann & Matt's upcoming addition. Ann is due in October and I can hardly wait! It was great to see Ann (who had a radiant glow about her), Keeb and Lil Steph. Even if it was only for an afternoon. Can't wait to snuggle with Baby Parker.

This was the second time in two months we all (but one) were able to see each other!

We were able to attend the annual 48th Brigade Ball. It was a bittersweet night filled with honor, remembrance and gratitude. We were able to spend the evening with close friends and remember the ones that are no longer with us today.

Hello, August!

Whoa.

Where did the time go? It's been over a month since the last post - and ... well, it's already August? I recently found out, too, that I actually have a couple more readers that I thought I did. So, I figure I better keep Jack's fans happy, right?

I can't really explain what the Neal's have been up to ... other than Jack is getting bigger by the minute. So, without further ado ... let the updates begin.
